Replacing with a Backup

You can replace the current version of a project or function collection with the backup data.

  1. Right-click the project or function collection in the tree pane and click Open Backups.
  2. In the Backup Data list, select the backup version you want to replace the current version with.
  3. Click Replace.

If you haven't opened the file already, the Flow Designer opens it in the workspace. The file contents reflect the backup file.

Replacing a Deleted Project

If you delete a project or function collection, see below to replace the deleted file from the backup:

  1. Create a new project or function collection with the same name.
  2. In the tree pane, right-click the project and click Open Backups.
  3. Select a backup in the Backup Data list and click Replace.

Note

When you create a completely different project with the same name as an old project that you deleted, take care that you don't delete the backups for the old project, so you can still open the backups for the old project.
