Updating to the Latest Revision

Use the Update to Head command to replace your working copy with the latest revision. When you haven't started editing a project, the Update to Head command replaces your working copy's version of a project with the repository's version.

Note

You'll get an error if you try to lock a file for editing if there's a newer version in the repository.

To Update to the Latest Revision

You can select files and folders you want to update in the tree pane or file pane, then do one of the following to run the update:

In the version control toolbar, click .
In the main menu, click Version Control > Update.
In the tree pane or file pane, right-click a selected item and click Version Control > Update to Head Revision.
